The EFM record needs to provide necessary detail to support the volume reported. If not, either the flow computer was not programmed to provide such detail or there is an upset. We can not support the former but we can support the later,

The following reports will be available at no cost (report availability depends on data in the record file and some reports may be based on statistical analysis requiring sufficient history for analysis):

​

• month-to-month volume reconciliation report

• production trend

• overdue lab analysis

• overdue meter calibration

• recommended orifice change

• calibration adjustment recommendation

You can submit your EFM file description to AMS for review to determine if sufficient information is in the file to support the volume calculated and perform statistical analysis.
